We have to admit that the process of buying our first house seemed like a daunting task. We knew we were ready for the changes this would bring about in our lives, but we really didn’t know where to begin the whole process. Getting a real estate agent seemed like a good idea, but with all the real estate agents available out there, how could we be sure to get someone that would be working for us and not just for the sales commission.

Thankfully, someone recommended Leslie. From the first time she took us out on viewings, I knew she was working for us. She was quick to point out pitfalls that we might encounter when searching for houses in our particular price range. Her honesty about the properties we were viewing as well as her experience served us well in our search for the “perfect” house.

Leslie even stuck with us after the first deal we had on a house didn’t pan out. We were pretty far along in the process and were only a few days away from closing when the deal fell apart. We were both very disappointed but we got back on our feet and were soon looking at more houses with Leslie. A few weeks later, we ended up finding another great buy that had just been reduced to within our price range.

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions that would come up at random times. Throughout the whole process, from start to closing, Leslie was always available on the phone and her email responses were prompt. Her answers and suggestions were of great value to us, even as we varied our price range and our search locations.

We can’t thank Leslie enough for all her hard work, her dedication and, most of all, her patience! We sincerely recommend Leslie to anyone that plans to buy or sell a house in the area.
